NLP Practitioner Training
Power2Change are pleased to announce the introduction of their new NLP Practitioner Training syllabus.
So what is ‘new’ about it and what makes it different?
Our Trainer – David Taylor is a Master Practitioner and experienced Trainer of NLP.
David also works day to day using the techniques that he teaches in his busy clinics in Perth, Dunfermline and Edinburgh. He walks the walk as well as talks the talk.
Course Size – Over recent years it has been normal for the size of NLP Training courses to increase with many courses consisting of 35, 50, 150 and more students to a class. While this is very profitable for the Training Company, it often results is some delegates ‘missing out’ on the teaching or just being ‘carried along’ with the flow of the group.
At Power2Change we are now offering courses specifically designed for small groups. The maximum number in the group will be 4 delegates to ensure everyone is totally connected with the course material. This can be thought of as ‘Personal Coaching NLP Practitioner Training’. Our recent trials of this format worked very well with great feedback from our students.
The Investment- Considering the small group size and the accelerated structure of the training, you may find it surprising that the Investment in this training is no more that other courses on the market. The Practitioner course is 5 days duration and includes workbook, handouts and cds, morning and afternoon refreshments for only £799.00. Early booking discount if paid in full more than one month before course date would reduce the cost to £699.00, a saving of £100.00.
Learn Direct Scotland and ILA’s – Power2Change NLP Practitioner Training is approved by Learn Direct Scotland and for those who are eligible, an ILA grant of £200 towards the cost.
Availability – It is planned to run this course on a monthly basis, to make it easier to plan the required week in your diary. The numbers will be restricted to 4 places only unless otherwise stated for a course, so don’t hesitate and miss your chance to attend this empowering course.
Practitioner Level Certification Skills Requirements
A minimum ability to utilise the basic skills, techniques, patterns and concepts of NLP.
1. Behavioural integration of the basic presuppositions of NLP The ability to change the process by which we experience reality is more often valuable than changing the content of our experience of reality. The meaning of your communication is the response you get.
All distinctions human beings are able to make concerning our environment and our behaviour can be usefully represented through the visual, auditory, kinaesthetic, olfactory, and gustatory senses.
The resources an individual needs to effect a change are already within them. The map is not the territory.
The positive worth of the individual is held constant, while the value and appropriateness of the internal and/or external behaviour is questioned.
There is a positive intention motivating every behaviour; and a context in which every behaviour has value.
Feedback vs. Failure - All results and behaviours are achievements, whether they are desired results for a given task/context or not.
